Sales Coordinator

Salary $39,637 per year. The Sales Coordinator will provide professional administrative sales and services support assisting the department in promotion, booking and contracting with excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications: Relevant Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.); 3 years experience in multi-use facility in hospitality, convention sales, event coordination or related work experience. Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and other related management databases.


On-Call positions do not work a regular schedule; hours will vary from 0-40 hours per week.

Transportation Attendant On-Call

Hourly Wage $16.10.  This position is responsible for checking credentials of exhibitors entering the facility via loading areas, monitor/control traffic flow and the usage of passenger loading zones, respond to inquiries about daily move-in/move-out activities within and around the Convention Center. This position requires a high school diploma or GED and experience in a service or hospitality environment.

Set-Up Attendant On-Call

Hourly Wage $18.96. The Set-Up Attendant is responsible for performing the required manual tasks related to event room/area sets, conversions and maintenance. This position requires a high school diploma or GED; and a minimum of 6 months experience in hospitality or event set-up activities is preferred.
